"Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors," the first single from the upcoming Editors album An End Has A Start, has begun making rounds on mp3 blogs. A MOG search turned up no mp3 of the song (dustfinger1210 posted about the single), so here you go. As much as I hate to say it as someone who really enjoyed Editors' debut album, I'm quite disappointed. There are a few nicely swooping vocal melody lines, but for the most part the song sounds way too much like Coldplay [shudder].... MORE

Has anyone had the chance to listen to Editors' new single? I for one am utterly blown away. Music seems to contradict the lyrics, but it just seems to get the point across that much more. I suggest you check it out, "Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors"
