Eric Wright (September 7, 1963 - March 26, 1995), better known by stage name Eazy-E, was an American rapper, producer, and record executive from Compton, California, a suburb of Los Angeles. He was the son of Richard and Kathie Wright. Thirteen years ago today, the founder of N.W.A Eazy-E passed away due to complications from the AIDS virus. Eazy will always be remembered for his music alongside Dr. Dre and Ice Cube, but many people overlook his keen business sense. Before there were hip hop moguls like Suge Knight, P. More old school rap reissues are in the works! A collection of "late member Eazy-E collaborations and solo tracks" will be released on Capitol on December 4th. The album is titled Featuring ... Eazy-E and it will feature 16 tracks including four that have been out of print for a long time. Beef. Dre & Eazy were tight at one point, but Dre ain't nuthin but a studio gangsta in Eazy's mind. Eazy explains how for six years Dre could diss Eazy all he wanted, but he was still gettin paid on anything Dre sold. A funny clip because Eazy joins KRS -1 as a guest on the Arsenio Hall show only to do his interview in a robe. He then performs 'Real Compton G's'.
