Yes I have the whole collction of desert sessions. I must say though, half of it is gold and the rest is worth leaving behind. Don't get me wrong I totally love the artists involved and I think the whole concept is great. Let me finish with saying that when I say gold, I mean gold.As far as a trade goes lets talk.
Fans of Queens probably already know all about the Desert Sessions, Homme's recurring get-together jam sessions. The last one released, which I guess was a few years ago now, is one of the few to have a non-Palm Desert Scene artist featured on it. PJ Harvey is on most of the tracks, including this sweet one:
Okay , Desert Sessions is a sort of Laboratory for Josh's real gig QOTSA. But in a lot of ways some songs are better and still others show up later on the actual QOTSA album . when my future ex-wife and fave female song writer PJ collab'd it was pure Kismet for this boy....enjoy.
