The new record is really good, I've made it about half-way through and have enjoyed it. It hasn't grabbed me like A Collision, but I think that Mr. Crowder had his swan song with that record... I don't believe he'll be able to top it.So, as short as this first post may be, check out the new DCB record, it's worth it.Josh
so saturday was fun. i went to seattle with my friend matthew to see the DCB (not to be confused with DMB), and it turned out being a grand ol time. im not the biggest fan of david crowder, but i do enjoy his music to a certain extent. my friend matt however is borderline obsessed. and i would never want to see a friend travel to a show alone. god knows ive missed my share of concerts because o...

This isn't bad, but it leads to a "lowest common denominator" style of music writing. The song needs to be palatable to as many people as possible in the congregation, so it is written in typically the most simplistic musical terms. ...
David Crowder is unique! I think if you were to mix Beck, bluegrass and Blur, you'd get David! (Plus he rocks 'cause he is a fellow Texan!) This song includes alot of experimental mixing & beats and haunting vocals. This is my fav tune!
If you liked A Collision from the David Crowder band, do yourself a favor. Don't pick up B Collision. It's just some so-so re-mixes of the earlier, more outstanding, project.
