Arizona rock group The Asphalt are accusing Daughtry (and songwriter Dr. Luke) of stealing the chorus to their song "Tonight". Daughtry's version is called "Feels like Tonight", and after you listen to the video below, you'll see The Asphalt have a legitimate gripe.

Found On Idolator
Past American Idol contestants badmouthing the show after they've gained all they could from it is not a new concept. In light of the recent failures from past Idol alumni, Chris Daughtry piled on a little more criticism stating the show was "in decline".
“I feel like it’s definitely lacking some credibility at this point, he told Rolling Stone. "It’s in a state of decline and if they don’t do something about it, it’s probably not gonna last too much longer. I’m sure... MORE

This song is perfect if you are just getting over a breakup...it helped me get over my breakup of 18 months and I could not stop listening to it. It is such a great song that it makes you want to scream out all the lyrics. It made me want to just tell me ex all the lyrics to this song. It's awesome!
In my inbox comes news from the All Music Guide that Chris Daughtry of AI fame has released an album. Expecting to see a scathing review of the K-Fed variety, I am instead greeted with: "During his stint on American Idol this year Chris Daughtry became known for his aching sincerity, his earnest expression, his lack of laughter and, above all, his allegiance to the anthemic, well-meaning post-grunge of Live and Fuel. All of this made him a distinctive candidate on the sh... MORE
