At this point.... it's comical. I'm starting to believe DMX and Amy Winehouse have some sort of competition going on.

Due to DMX 's numerous run ins with the law, it's become necessary to give each one a timestamped snazzy title to differentiate them.
The latest arrest comes by way of speeding. X was caught by highway cameras (see attached photo), going over 100mph in a 60mph zone. He's being charged with racing on a highway, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment and three counts of criminal speed.

It's clear from this video that DMX was in his element and had the crowd roaring along to his tunes. Well, the 3 he managed to play before the cops incited a riot! You'd never know it from these 36 seconds, but the concert that took place on Indiana University campus in Bloomington on Wednesday night, was probably doomed to fail. So I'm reading a routine DMX interview with XXL magazine, and they ask him a question bout Barack Obama. To their surprise, DMX has never heard of Obama, and goes on to state that he doesn't care who wins the election. DMX did an interview with DJ Whoo Kid on Sirius radio recently, and somehow the subject of R. Kelly came up. It's hard to understand what exactly happened because X is so belligerent and amped but, but it's easy to tell he is NOT happy. We have already heard the news of DMX leaving Sony and signing with Bodog Records to release two albums this year, but DMX has revealed one of them will be a gospel rap album.

Rumors have been circulating that DMX collapsed in a recording studio since yesterday afternoon, but have been deaded by his handlers.
"I just spoke to X the day before yesterday, he's at home in Arizona so it really doesn't make any sense to me how they're saying he was at Sony studios," said Ali Adab, Urban A&R Director at Bodog Music. It appears DMX has moved on from Sony Records after just one album. The X man left Def Jam Records after a messy breakup last year, and seemed excited to begin a relationship with Sony. The contract was for three albums, but ultimately only produced one with 2006's Year Of The Dog...Again. This new recording deal with Bodog Music will officially kick off with the release of Walk With Me Now and You’ll Fly With Me Later coming our way next year.

As you may know, police raided DMX 's house last month and found evidence of animal neglect. During the raid, police "rescued" twelve dogs, and also discovered the burned remains of several other dogs. Tests done on the deceased dogs reveal two of them had suffered major injuries before being burned, which may indicate dogfighting.

The suspected large quantity of 'narcotic' found in the house of DMX has turned out to be a false alarm, according to police. Authorities raided one of the rappers homes last week after receiving an anonymous tip about possible pit bull abuse, and recovered a small amount of marijuana but no big time drugs. DMX 's house was raided yesterday. They took 12 pit bulls into custody that were not being fed or watered. This is a man that was convicted in 2002 of animal cruelty but escaped prosecution by making a PSA about how it is bad to be mean and shit. Rappa please. Oh and there were a number of dogs buried in the back yard. Some had been burnt. And a large cache of firearms. No arrests have been made.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office sent deputies to the Arizona home of DMX to investigate a tip that he had a team of dogs being treated inhumanely. Lawyers and spokespersons for the rapper stated that DMX had not been to this home in two months, and had hired a caretaker to care for the property and the dogs. The dogs are said to be "practically his family" and that he was disturbed to find out that they were not being properly cared for.

We knew it was coming, DMX hadn't been involved in any legal squabbles since the early spring, something had to give. A judge ruled DMX must pay over 240k to a dog clothing company who produced and marketed his brand of apparel, Boomer 129.

Although he officially retired after his last album Year Of The Dog...Again in February of 2006, it doesn't really seem like DMX has been gone. He's been a steady figure in the news clippings for a few things like getting arrested, glorifying dogfights, or his Greatest Hits album a few months ago.
