Ade Blackburn and his cronies in Clinic are once again setting their sights on YOUR money with a relatively short European stint in November. But this ain't no typical stint. This tour will see Clinic collaborating with animator Clemens Habicht as Planetarium of the Soul, which is being dubbed as "live music and animation bleeding together in a contemporary vortex of psychedelic sight and sound...
okay... In no particular order... Here's a poster (limited-edition of 100, 3-color silk screen on Green Tea paper)... of Janet Jackson (Janet Jackson? yes. Janet Jackson.) I just finished it and had it printed at this great place called Monolith Printers in Emeryville. I'm very happy with the result ...and I've decided to accompany it with a musical score consisting of British wonderband, Clini...

One could say that Clinic’s new album, Do It, has all been done before — by the band themselves, in fact. But that’s not a bad thing. This is not to say that it is a predictable recording either. It is frenetic, curious, offbeat and full of big rock riffs. The band has honed their chops to a point where they really come across even more lucid than before, despite their somewhat unhinged app
As I head out to purchase the new Clinic today, I feel compelled to share what can be found on YouTube of the 'old stuff'. If you find yourself easily frightened by Mannequins or are a sufferer of Pediophobia, ignore the following.
ClinicHarvest (Within You) EPDominoPicked up the new Clinic EP that came out recently. Simply put: It has renewed my faith in the band. The last is pure, straight-up Clinic. Even the woodblock-accented instrumental diddy will get yo...

I was thrilled to bits last Autumn to find Clinic supporting Arcade Fire at Alexandria Palace. It's been a while since I've seen a audience that bemused at a gig for a bands complete set! Anyway, the band's fifth album 'Do It' is released on 8th April 2008, accompanied by UK dates in early April and North American dates throughout May. A little reminder of the masked menace that is Clinic;
Clinic has a new album called Do It! coming out in April...and not surprisingly, it sounds very Clinic-ky...with fast, chaotic songs and touching slow ones, everything drenched in reverb. But you know, when Clinic emerged in the late 1990s, they pretty much sounded like no other band. How many times do we expect them to reinvent pop? More of the same = more of the excellent. Enjoy.
