Well, I am back, and I am going to re-establish myself and get myself back on the top of the second page. Well, I got the new Shins c.d., finally, and i stated previously that it could have been better. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! It just took a LONG time for me to finally "get" it, you know what I mean? I also got "Some Loud Thunder" from Clap Your Hands Say Yeah...It's BRILLIANT!!! It's really quite fantastic. Let's see, oh I got The Information by Beck and I am not impresse... MORE

This band is absolutely amazing!!! At first I was like, Woah, his voice is annoying, now I cannot get enough of it!!! Plus, they tour very little, but they did come to CHICAGO!!!! WHOO!!! Their interesting and unique variety of instruments and styles really is just fabulous.

Can anybody explain why "Clap Your Hands Say Yeah," is so damn familiar? First track I heard by them (skin of my yellow country teeth) sounded so different, so unique, yet also so familiar all at the same time. It was fantastic, and I'd never heard it before but I almost felt like I'd heard it before. I ended up seriously liking _every_ track on the album, which is pretty rare with me.
