It could be both. The point isn't to decide right now on an answer to this, it's just to bring up the thought: Why do we make the decisions in life that we do? Is it because we can feel it in our hearts that it's the right way, right path, the right yes or no at that moment? Or does it have nothing to do with our hearts? Having a son who knows you, well, a little TOO well :) The other day he tells me to listen to the player he'd placed on my computer. Holy smokes, the music, the voice, I was immediately smitten! I've listened to some Alexisonfire, but never really followed them ... ends up Dallas Green is part of that group and city and colour is his side project. So I don't know why I didn't find this "band" sooner. I was a big fan of Alexisonfire during the self-titled days, and I always thought Dallas Green had a spectacular voice. His songs all have this sad beauty to all of them and they're just spectacular. I've listened to this album pretty much every day since I got my hands on it.
