The CD version of the I Want to Touch You EP has three more worthwhile B-sides. "Ursa Major Space Station" was later retooled for Chrome; the version here is less layered but still holds interest, as it's more immediate-sounding than its later take. "Collideoscopic" has a sludgy, metallic riff. Their heaviest tune to date, it's belied by Rob Dickinson's resigned vocals. The bashing intro to "Our Friend Joey" is likely to knock you off your feet; it's the closest Catherine Wheel have come to a thrash/punk song. Not essential, perhaps, but still quality stuff.
