So here's the deal. A few years back I wrote a novel entitled Long Way Back. It's the story of a guy who has a profound religious experience as a child and a profound tragedy as an adult, and how punk rock helps bring him back to life again. The ending of this book is the best thing I've ever written, and I'm really proud of the whole thing. It's a quick, easy read, and, I think, fun and uplifting. every time we listen a good record or watch a great rock band live, you can think "oh... i would love to play in that band... i can donate my entire organs just to be part of that".... but let's face it... let's put our feet down... everyone's got a particular personality and we've gotta know where and with whom we can fit in... so i've always think about that... in my fantasies, in which rock band that i like, i can fit in?..... where can i feel confortable?..... which...
