Busy Signal is the boy to watch this month. He has a new single, "Tic Toc" off his upcoming sophomore album Loaded and a video on the way. He's also the cover star on the upcoming issue of FADER Magazine which hits stands next week: Ras Kassa directed a video for "Tic Toc" which should be up soon.
