First up is Bustah Rhymes featuring Linkin Park with "We Made It". It's a different sound for Bustah, but the song is cool. At first listen I'd give it 6.5 out of 10, but maybe it'll grow on me more. Okay, so I think mollifire first hipped us that this track was coming. Well, I just jacked it from hiphopdx.com. The verdict is still out on this one, but after the first listen...I like it. I was upset that journalists sat stone faced during a preview of Busta's upcoming new album Blessed, as was reported by Mr. Frost. Vibe magazine took Busta to the woodshed in a five page article in last month's issue. The piece focused on Rhymes various legal problems and the unsolved murder of his bodyguard Israel Ramirez. There's been an opinion that Busta could have done more to aid the police investigation, but refused to. Last night, Busta Rhymes held a listening session with the press for his new album "I'm Blessed" and lost his temper. According to Complex , a handful of journalists appeared less than enthusiastic about the album and sat there stone faced while it played. This video seems to have taken place a few years ago but is just now making the rounds on the internet. Busta Rhymes walks to his tour bus and ignores fans requests for an autograph. One of the fans' mother calls Busta "ignorant" and an argument ensues. Busta calls her an "inconsiderate bitch", because he simply had to use the bathroom and had no time for taking pictures. Was anyone wrong in this case? Or was it just a misunderstanding.

After rejecting two previous plea deals that would have had him serving limited jail time, Busta finally copped a plea from prosecutors. Bussa Bus will serve three years probation from the two assault charges, as well as a DUI charge incurred last summer. If he violates his probation, he'll have to spend 12 months behind the walls.

Today a Judge postponed the start of Busta Rhymes' trial until November 7th, both the prosecutor and defense lawyer were not ready to move forward at this time. According to various sources, a lawsuit has been filed against Busta Rhymes by the man he allegedly assaulted in NYC last summer. The incident took place in the Chelsea neighborhood after Busta Rhymes performed at the AmsterJam Music Fest on Randall's Island. I'm convinced Busta has spent more time in court this year than he's spent in the studio. Today Rhymes scored a mini victory when a Manhattan judge ruled that his four different cases would be tried separately.
