Here's Stanley "Buckwheat" Dural Jr. and Warren Haynes on the title track for Buckwheat Zydeco's recently released "Lay Your Burden Down", (a Hayne's composition), these guys certainly get around. I must confess ignorance here. I cannot tell you what distinguishes Cajun from Zydeco. I know next to nothing about this (these) genres. But I do know this: I love Buckwheat Zydeco.
