i just got home from birmingham. i drove for four hours, so i had a lot of time to think. first, why was donna godchaux allowed to tour with the grateful dead? on every live recording i have heard, i can't stand the way she sounds. i will say that she's not half bad on some of their studio stuff, but live? well, let's just say that she would never win american idol with performances like that. second, i think that ryan adams and jack white should collaborate. maybe t... I absolutely and completely love this album, from stutter and sip of the beginning the the crescendo of the finale. It is a masterpiece, and arguably my favourite album ever.

As I still find myself unable to function normally (go figure, right) I find that can't conjure up the mental sanity to post anything of substance.
