but i'm sure gonna whine. i've been unsuccessfully trying to get tickets to rock the bells festival in nyc this summer. shit is sold out, and some crazy motherf*cker is, imho, scamming pho-tix on craigslist. at first i was a little phased by the price, but it's not that ridiculous for the number of performers (rage, wu-tang, cypress, roots, mos def, public enemy) and the fact that it's sold out...
It's funny-- some bands have albums that I don't like at all (Metallica-- Load and Reload), while some bands only have one good album (Limp Bizkit- 3 Dollar Bill, Y'all). Some bands have all good albums amongst which I actually couldn't pick a favorite (Smashing Pumpkins, System of a Down, Beatles, Sepultura, Primus, Foo Fighters), while others have been making records for years after I've stop...
