In over 40 years of playing music, Billy Preston crossed paths with many greats, including Sam Cooke. He recorded this burning b-3 instrumental for Sam's label SAR in '63, and just a few years later he was hanging out with the Beatles..Damn. Happy Friday

You heard "Short Fat Fanny" by Little Richard before, but you should watch & listen to this superior version. Billy was working for Little Richard when this video was made but i couldn´t find any reference of this song being released so maybe it was just a video edit.
