We went to see Band of Horses this past weekend at The Palladium in Dallas. I don't feel like writing a lengthy review, but the show was great overall. It's a good thing we saw them when we did, because they have recently had to cancel a few dates (according to their MySpace page). The Band of Horses played at the W.O.W. Hall in Eugene, Oregon, and I saw them. They were great live! The singer's voice is really awesome. He was wearing this sky blue hat with horses embroidered on it. I jokingly asked him if I could have it (well, the beer in me asked, anyways), and he said no.
