Wow. This might have to be my favorite quote of the week so far... Earlier today across the pond Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty was released from Wormwood Scrubs prison after serving 29 days of a 14 week (98 day) sentence. A smiling Doherty looked clean, by clean I mean a shade less pale then he went in, and even had a medical certificate from the prison to prove it. But he did look like he hadn't used a hairbrush since he went in. What did he have to say about it al... MORE

The Record companies may be complaining about falling revenues but they have no problem throwing $2 million at a band that only turns up to 70% of their own gigs and is arrested almost monthly...(Hey! Rock'n'Roll...LOL!)

Continuing on my last post about a bizzare interview here is one with Babyshambles on Popworld conducted by the excellent Simon Amstell. Doherty is cleared out of his head and the rest of the band aren't much better. This is one of the few times I've seen Simon Amstell somewhat out of his depth.
