back in may, my friend portia who runs the kill rock stars label gave me a cd by this dude named barr and said i HAD to hear it. i knew of barr, had even heard some earlier stuff and enjoyed it, but kind of filed it under spoken word and never really found myself putting it on. it took me a few months to get around to listening to his latest, summary, but dang, from the first spin i was hooked....
