So I went to see As Tall As Lions and I was very happy to not have been let down with their performance. They're extremely good live. I was however a bit upset that they didn't play for very long. Actually not long at all. Thats really the only thing that pissed me off. Stupid Mae had to take the stage. Ugh.

I am absolutely sick to death of all these piss-weak bands thinking they're Jeff Buckley. And why is it none of them realise that Mr Buckley Jr rocked? As Tall As Lions releases thier sophmore effor today. Love Love Love (love love) channels a bit of that Jeff Buckley croonerishness. The best part? It appears as though Peter Brady is thier lead singer.

Awesome band out of Long Island, currently on Triple Crown Records. They were recently on Jimmy Kimmel this past week. One of the best live bands I've seen. They are smoothe, jazzy, really know how to set the mood. The guys still know how to rock, too. This song is off their second album, which is self titled.
