Today I got Winters Love stuck in my head at work. I super love this song times about a billion, and its sweet, intimate sound kept chiming about in my head. It was really nice.
Here's a video of the lads performing it acoustically in a very small room.

This band is crazy. If you like complete random craziness put togther in a singsongy way, you've got it. They're from NY, NY and there are only four people in the band, even though it seems like more. This song (Who Could Win a Rabbit) is a single released July 19, 2004.

yesterday on some television station i was watching, a commercial came on for a new crayola product. the music was so familiar. and then all of a sudden "eeep!" it was animal collective's "sweet road" and to tell you the truth i didnt mind at all. its such a playful song and ive always associated animal collective with children and childhood memories...running through the woods and whatnot. it was a nice change, and a very unexpected change. in my book, crayola just got ma... Here is some great news, not only are the Animal Collective about to go back into the studio but they will be on one of my favorite labels, Domino.
