So much for the hope that by Angels and Airwaves' sophomore album Tom Delonge would cease fellating his own cock, come back down to earth and write some honest, genuine music. Check out the band's new site" which boasts, in addition to promising a Fall '07 release of i-Empire, yet another ambitious, elusive sound byte, much like the echo-y crap that preceded the debut of their previous release. Tom DeLonge, after the blink-182 'hitatus' (well, just before to an extent). Formed AVA. The Adventure leaked on to P2P networks months before release, and the album, We Don't Need To Whisper, leaked one month prior to release. Now I personally was very excited about AVA and possibly some great new songs by the Blink frontman. Unfortunatly not what everyone expected. Everyone expected class chart topping hits from AVA.
