A small software company is accusing music behemoth Sony/BMG of illegally using their product. PointDev makes windows admin software, and says a raid on Sony/BMG server reveals that close to 50% of the software they use is pirated under French law. News of a new Alanis Morissette album hit MOG last December. Now comes the news that Morissette’s new album, her first in four years, will be called Flavors Of Entanglement and is due May 20th. Alanis Morissette is ready for a comeback. The singer has been recording an album that will be ready for release in Spring 2008. Morissette pursued producer Guy Sigsworth (who has produced "experimental pop" for Bjork and Madonna) after hearing a song he recorded with his own band, Frou Frou. The song was "Let Go" and Morissette claims she listened to it repeatedly, then called Sigsworth up herself. According to Billboard:

My friend Danny made me watch this one day and I thought it was such a funny video! Alanis Morissette knows how to make this song good and not just annoying.
