Just when my hopes were high I got this bit of disturbing news today. Due to what the band describe as 'mixing issues', the Against Me! major label debut 'New Wave' won't be released until at least the summer. Against Me! have posted a live recording of a new track which may appear on the band's major label debut that they worked on with producer Butch Vig in Los Angeles. Against Me! announced on their Myspace on December 29, 2006 that their debut album on Sire will be titled "New Wave" and will be released "in the spring."
