I just got back from checking out this celebration of all things canine. Here in Tinytown we closed several city blocks to vehicular traffic and set up all sorts of displays and attractions geared towards dogs and their owners. I kid you not. It's billed as the largest festival for dogs in North America. What, they have bigger ones in Europe?

Those 60th birthday bashes can be rough. It seems turning 60 has been especially rough for Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, who has re-entered rehab after 20 years of supposed sobriety.
Tyler, who overcame heroin addiction in the eighties, has checked into Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena to undergo treatment for an unspecified substance abuse problem. (On a side note the clinic is used for Dr. Drew's reality TV show Celebrity Rehab. No word on weather Tyler will ... MORE

Aerosmith axeman Joe Perry has undergone successful knee replacement surgery. The surgery was performed last Tuesday, March 18th after being put off for two years so Perry could complete live commitments.
Perry was put into ICU but doctors have eased his pain and transformed him to a private room. Perry will stay there through the end of the week then head home where he will recover until the end of the year.
