I loved this song on the radio, but this live studio acoustic version is just right . This was one of those songs I never noticed until my wife pointed out to me the utter nonsensical nature of the lyrics. Chasing Pavements? What does this mean? Is she going to be a Steven Malkmus stalker? Was she a groupie who decided to jump on the neo-soul/R&B English girl thing like Duffy and Amy Winehouse?
