All this banter between me and a few other moggers about the prevalence of Metal over the years and different Tags has LED me to believe that I only categorize music by Rock, Metal, Rap, Country, or OTHER-> So for all those who were chatting with me today, maybe we can all agree that this song FECKIN ROCKS!!!!! Come on MOG preachers, can I get an AMEN!!!

I traded iPods with a guy at work and we shared some CDs, and among the crazy 70s pop collection (including the song to the Rockford Files!), was AC/DC's Back in Black. Got me thinking about unlikely love songs, as my wife and I grooved to You Shook Me All Night Long" But then I found this and was horrified: heaven help us all.

Sophomoric? Yeah sure. But if you find yourself calling it that, you're probably not a member of the target audience. 2) Simplicity. Want to learn to play AC/DC rhythm guitar? Go learn the G5, B5, and open C, D, and E chords. See you tomorrow and I'll teach you to play the en... MORE

Long overdue but I've started the vinyl to mp3 to Ipod process. First up is AC/DC and it's been a long time since I listened to these guys, but oh yeah they still have what it takes after all these years. Come to think of it Australia has a fine tradition with guitar bands including Cosmic Psychos, The Chosen Few and several others that appeared on the Killed By Death influenced compilation (was it Bloodstains Across Australia?) a few years ago. Now excuse me, as it's... MORE
