I don't know why it's so hard to write about this discount bin treasure, maybe it's cause Linda Perry has gone on to a career as a pop tune diva and is more known today as a songwriter, than the singer for 4 Non Blondes. Maybe it's the enduring image of her in that silly hat and goggles and what not....
