Ninja Tune just sent word of the upcoming new album from The Bug! I'm so excited! I've been posting about the singles for almost a year now and we finally have a tracklist and everything today. The album is called London Zoo and will be released on Ninja Tune on 7 July in the UK. The Bug creates blazing toxic dancehall riddims and London Zoo features some of the hottest ragga vocalists in the biz right now: Tippa Irie, Flowdan (Roll Deep), Spaceape, Ricky Ranking, Warrior Queen, Aya, Roger Robinson + Killa P.

"Poison Dart":

"Jah War," "Skeng" and "Poison Dart" were released in '07 along with some wicked remixes. "Angry" will be the 4th single off this album and it's due for release on 16 June. The single will feature an exclusive tune on the B-side - "Ganja" featuring Flowdan is not on the LP.

I already have "Poison Dart" and its remixes on vinyl. I can't wait to get the Angry/Ganja single and the full album!

The Bug plays the Dour festival 18 July and Glade festival 19 July. He's touring Europe and UK until then.
