Posted about 1 year ago

As previously reported, Roots Manuva will release his new album Slime & Reason on August 25th. The vitalic performer just announced a string of live dates in the UK to support the new release, starting in October. Here's the list of confirmed shows thus far, according to NME.com:

Gateshead Sage 2 (October 7)
Edinburgh Liquid Room (8)
Glasgow Arches (9)
Manchester Warehouse (11)
Nottingham Rock City (12)
Coventry Kasbah (13)
Preston Club 53 (15)
Sheffield Plug (16)
Birmingham Academy 2 (17)
London Shepherds Bush Empire (18)
Brighton Concorde (21)
Cambridge Junction (22)
Bristol Anson Rooms (23)
Exeter Lemon Grove (24)
Plymouth University (25)

I'm still jumping to his new tune, produced by Sheffield's most exciting musician at the moment - Toddla T. It's called "Buff Nuff" and here's the video (which you may have already seen, I've posted it before):

Diggin' the song but NOT his hair! I hope he's just sportin' a wig for the video shoot cause it doesn't do a thing for him. Thanks for the headsup!

definitely a wig, don't worry!  i haven't seen a recent pic of Manuva, but he always looked dapper and well groomed.  i bet the ladies really do go nuts for his banana splits on a Sunday...  specially if he get buff nuff too!
