I received my first press recognition today! This time, as the Star instead of as the Reporter. My quotes aren't 100% accurate, unfortunately. But the ideas are true to my statements, so I'm thrilled. The article is about the "Reggae Scrapbook" and our first book-signing featuring Roger Steffens, Peter Simon and myself. I do wish she had printed what I consider to be the *best bit*: Whenever I'm asked how I came to be involved in the "Reggae Scrapbook," I always reply, truthfully:"I was discovered on MOG. Kate Steffens noticed my passion for reggae music, that I write about it often and listen to tons of reggae and dancehall. So she recommended me to Roger and Peter when they needed help to finish the book."Well, something to that effect anyway. Kate, for those of you who have been on MOG for awhile now, is our own dear Kate! (Kate used to work for MOG and was a lovely member of the fam. She moved to L.A. and is probably too busy being glamorous to MOG much these days.) I can't change the article, but I wanted to interject that part for y'all. And I've tagged this with "Lively Up Yourself" in hopes that you can listen to it. Lively up y'all selves MOG!Keep Moggin Fam!:)
