Pete Doherty Is In Jail, Will Remain There For 14 Weeks

Babyshambler Pete Doherty started a 14-week jail sentence today, a sentence which will force him to miss the annual benefit concert, Love Music Hate Racism and possibly Glastonbury as well. The charity event takes place on April 27th, the day after Doherty was scheduled to perform at the Royal Albert Hall. Doherty will miss both shows, but the one at the Hall is expected to be postponed/rescheduled.
