Syd Butler, bassist in Les Savy Fav and founder of French Kiss Records, told NME what his dream lineup would be if he were ever asked to curate a festival:
Pixies, Interpol and Fugazi ... although he stated he doubts the latter would "ever get back together or play"
Ahhh, if only they would play again... I'd fly to Great Britain to see that! Especially if they sounded like this:
FUGAZI - "Long Division"
The reason Butler was discussing festival lineups with NME is Les Savy Fav's current run of opening for screenings of the "All Tomorrow's Parties" Film (more deets at NME.com):
Manchester, Deaf Institute (Les Savy Fav) (Oct 23)
Glasgow, ABC 2 (Les Savy Fav) (Oct 24)
Brighton, Duke Of York (music tbc) (Oct 24)
London, Forum (Les Savy Fav) (Oct 26)
Leeds, TJ's Woodhouse Club (Les Savy Fav) (Oct 27)
