Most stars would steer clear of anything Britney Spears has done to further her career, but Missy Elliott is above all that. Like loads of musicians today, she wants audience interaction and fan input about her new album. So, she is offering fans the chance to name her new album via her official website. She will accept submissions (and you know how Miss E. loves submission!) until February 20th.
