A new documentary about Kurdt Cobain will hit DVD on February 19th. "Kurt Cobain: About A Son" is based on audio interviews between the Nirvana star and the writer Michael Azerrad in which Kurdt (chosen spelling of his own name) tells stories about his life.
The conversations between these two add up to 25 hours of audio which Azerrad based his book "Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana". According to a report in Prefix Mag:

Schnack took those interviews and merged them with newly filmed imagery of the three cities in Washington that played a role in Cobain's life: Aberdeen, Olympia and Seattle.
