Missy Elliott Drops New Single - "Ching-A-Ling"

I reported waaaaay back in September that Missy Elliott was back in the studio working on a new album for release this Spring. Well, time flies and today Missy premiered her new single on her my$pace. Missy was on fire when she was teamed up with Timba Timba Timbaland, so that's going to be a pretty tuff act to follow. But Swizz Beatz was up for the challenge, and I think he's created a wicked riddim for Miss E to spit over. The result is a killer Swizz beat that sounds a lot like classic Timba tunes! The song is called "Ching-A-Ling" and it totally could have been part of 2003's This is Not a Test. So it sounds classic and fresh at the same time. "Ching-A-Ling" will be part of the Step Up 2 O.S.T. The soundtrack also features tunes from Flo-Rida, Cherish, T-Pain, Plies and more.Loads of peeps have been streaming the song today, and they all have the same version that clips the levels and sounds kinda wack. So, listen to the version she's got on her my$pace instead.Some folks criticize that the music sounds too similar to "My Drink N My 2 Step" that Swizz produced for Cassidy, but I don't think it sounds like that at all. First, Missy sounds better and second, the track sounds completely customized for her.
