Boredoms To Tour US This Spring

Japanese pop-noise rockers, Boredoms, have announced a US tour for Spring '08 that will hit big cities from L.A. to NYC. They may not be hitting many towns, but at least they are touring. I felt so teased when I found out they would be playing with Boadrum in NYC and nowhere else last summer. I haven't seen them live since their Lolla tour in 1994 or 5 so I would be stoked to see them in SF! A few of their shows, the SF one included, are labeled "in the round" where the band will be at the center of attention with the audience wrapped around them. Which got me thinking, wouldn't it be incredible to see the Boredoms and The Residents on tour together? It seems so perfect somehow.
