Behind The Scenes With American Gangster & Big Doe Rehab Musicians

Posted about 4 years ago
FADER Mag spends a lot of time hanging out with super cool musicians. It's their job. Last week, they were kicking it with Sean C & LV of Grind Music Inc. You may not recognize their humble names, but I bet you'd recognize their music: these are the men behind "Roc Boys" and the bulk of Jay-Z's American Gangster, as well as a few jams on Ghostface Killah's newest, Big Doe Rehab. So, yeah, these guys know how to throw some beats down! Well, the folks at FADER were kicking it in the studio with these fellas, talking about their music, when they recreated "Roc Boys" right before the camera's eye. Thanks to digital technology, you can feel like you were there too:Sean C & LV in the studio:Is it coincidence that Jay-Z's real name is Shawn C?
