Chris Brown Hits #1, Listen To New Album Streaming + Tour

Chris Brown conquered the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart today with his "Kiss Kiss," bumping Souljah Boy's "Crank That." "Kiss Kiss" is Brown's second song to hit #1, his hit "Run It" was #1 in November 2005. The new song is off Chris Brown's forthcoming new album, Exclusive and features T-Pain on the mic.
