Drunken Sex Sucks... So Days Mid-Eighties Denver Hardcore Band Bum Kon... It's Like A Punk Rock Public Service Announcment!

...according to 80s Denver punk band Bum Kon. Named after a Korean mass murderer, these kids recorded a blistering album back in the mid-80s. A single from the album, called "Drunken Sex Sucks" was released along with 4 b-sides, but the rest of the recordings never saw the light of day. Until now.
The single advises us that drunken sex cheapens us and, "if you're going to be drunk and have sex be sober, it's more fun."Not sure I agree with this as a blanket statement, but this is certainly a collection of songs that the Hot Topic "punk" bands of the past decade should listen to, they might catch what they should be doing.
