Video is from the free Guster concert at First Act Guitar Studio in the Back Bay. We waited outside in freezing weather for about an hour and a half to get into the guitar store, but it was worth it, for the kids of course. Tara bought gifts from the Christmas Tree Shop, a generic version of ‘trouble’ and ‘jenga’. I just hope the kids aren’t too particular on brand names. There was a massive line to get into the store and luckily we were the second group to get in. They let in 100 people at a time played 5 songs and let in another group, it was barely enough time to warm up, but it was all in the name of charity.

Thats great, thanks. That is pretty cool how they let 100 people in at a time. I don't know what happened to my love for guster. I used to listen to them all the time. I don't even remember any of their song titles. All i can remember is that there was a song with kittens in the background or someone was meowing in the song...

Yes, I have more concert photos to share, shocking I know. I’m very unpredictable. I went to the Axis again to see Owen who opened for Appleseed Cast and Copeland. Let’s just say that the band order should have been completely reversed. Well, maybe not completely.

Owen was the first to go on tonight. Hey played a very short and unsatisfying set. He mainly played songs from his new EP which I’m glad I listened to a few times before the show. I guess seem to enjoy artist’s older music if you haven’t noticed by now. I guess I have more emotion attached to them. Owen

Next to go on was Acute, another generic rock bank from California. When will bands realize that they need to do something to stand out? They tried by adding a keyboard which added to a few songs, but overall the band fell short. The most entertaining point of their set was when Owen (mike) played the tambourine in one song. Acute

Appleseed Cast…..…what to say………they definitely know how to rock out, now they just need to learn how to sing on stage. I’m not sure if it is the Axis microphones or the artist’s lack of vocals, but I struggled to understand one word that came out of Christopher Crisci mouth. Applseed Cast (christopher)

Headliners, generally the most sought after spot at a concert. I have been disappointed by the lead bands in many of the concerts I go to specifically going to see opening bands. Maybe the bands I like don’t have as big of fan base? Maybe they haven’t sold out quite as much? Maybe my taste in music is too abnormal to be popular. I don’t know. All I do know is that I really wish bands that I liked would headline more often. I really tried to stay through the whole set of Copeland, but my back, ears, eyes and my taste in music wouldn’t let me stay. I ended up leaving a little early once again during the headliner. Copeland
