  8. mktackabery says ok MOG is gaseous again. I finally get on after trying all day, and it moves my comment above Jeff and Cody's. bee-zarre. I'm tired and I haven't even begun to catch up to everyone's funkiness today. Sigh.

  12. Hermes says Another German jazz band - more like acid jazz? - , that some gringo had to introduce me to. ;) Never heart of those guys before. Ahhh, I love globalisation as long as we're talking about music.

  13. soulrocket says this reminded me of sade. first time I hear this band. some gringos/gueros are well documented, hermes.

  14. mktackabery says moi, a gringo? I guess I have to raise my hand and say "guilty" on that one as I am predominantly of Scotch-Irish descent. However,my father's mother's parents were born in Grand Nassau, Bahamas. It's all good! However, I must say Hermes that musically, almost all the good stuff I've been listening to lately has come from your country. I might just have to move there and get an apartment really close to Stigae Records so I can just be a jazz club bum for the rest of my life. How do you say "jazz club groupie" in German? :)
