I think my iPod is dead. I'm getting the "sad ipod" logo and it won't go into disk mode, whatever that may be. Also, the inside of it keeps making this runk, runk sound, like an engine turning over. Anyone have any suggestions/special tricks they could recommend for resuscitating my dear friend?

Mog-O-Matic Issues
So, uh, everytime I open my iTunes it makes the Mog-O-Matic commit some heinous error and shut down. Conflict of interest? Anybody got some tips? I already uninstalled and reinstalled the program a couple of times. No-go. Maybe it's just because y'all can't handle the ROCK. Right.
