OK, seeing as this is legit my favorite set of Ryan Adams-related material ever, I'm feeling blessed to relate that Billboard.com just confirmed the existence of a double-disc re-release of Whiskeytown's Strangers Almanac on March 4th ...Whikeytown's 'Almanac' Bolstered for Reissue
'Bonus' tracks include acoustic demos of a few album tracks, seven 'previously unreleased' Whiskeytown tunes (surely they've made their way around the bootleg Ryan Adams scene by this point, however) and Fleetwood Mac/Johnny Cash/Gram Parsons/True Believers covers. So bad ass. I think I own two copies of Strangers as it is, and I'm sure this'll encourage me to add a third to my collection.
