Mika Nakashima CD Art
The cover for the CD + DVD version of Mika Nakashima's album Voice is out.
When it comes to covers, Mika's my favourite for them (see avatar), though she has had some duff ones recently. My favourite run of covers are the singles from Music. It's fair to say though, her single covers have always been better than the album ones and Voice is no exception. On first viewing of the cover I was a bit disappointed, but after seeing an bigger picture from the same photoshoot, I am appreciating the simplicity of it.

I much prefer this wider shot. I hope the CD booklet has more pretty pictures like this.
EDIT: I reckon I've posted a few of these already but they're so pretty I'll do it again. Some more of Mika's single covers:

I like it! Hers are definately very pretty and interesting. I think cover art is so important. I sometimes like to just pick our new artists or bands that I've never heard of just based on the cover art. I'll definately have to check her out, because I would buy hers based on that. Inside art seems to be increasingly important these days too with digital sales up.
They are "muito bonitas" , very pretty indeed. Mika's very beautifull and that helps a lot in the end.
I can see you're a great fan of MIKA, now i know why ;)
Japanese graphics are always amazing. Equally amazing to see how little they've moved on in 20 years.
Some of my favourite Mika songs are Oborozukiyo~Inori (both original and acoustic versions), Glamorous Sky & Kumo No Ito.
