Music videos that just make you....zzzzz

Quite often a good looking or interesting video can make me go back and listen to a track. Or watch the video even if the song leaves a little to be desired. And recently I noticed the opposite - amazing song, utterly boring video.

Elbow's fantastic song One Day Like This video was on TV and I'd never seen it before. I didn't imagine some flashy video, perhaps just a performance video complete with orchestra. Wrong - what we get is some guy twirling around a "Condos for Sale" sign for 4 mintutes....zzzz. It was almost tempting to turn over it was that dull.

This song derserves a lot better! Perhaps they should have shot a new video after winning the Mercury Music Prize last year? (I hear that their album is doing better in the charts than current winner Speech Debelle's)
