Songs You Should Be Listening To

When I hear I song I really, really like, I have the tendency to listen to it over and over again repeatedly. It's a really annoying habit, but I can't help it. Well I can't stop listening to "No Cars Go" by Arcade Fire. The whole album is absolutely amazing, but this song really stands out. On my way to Austin yesterday I probably listened to it at least 5 times in a row. I couldn't control my finger hitting the back button! I completely regret missing their performance at ACL a couple years ago when I was there...and it doesn't look like they'll be coming to Texas for their spring tour :( damn.
I saw Peter Bjorn and John play one of their 7 shows at SXSW @ Red Eyed Fly. They were incredible, even on a shitty stage with a shitty set-up. By the far the best performance I've seen so far. I totally dug their Swedish accents too :)

I was at SXSW last year but missed them because I thought it would be impossible to get in (didn't know there were 7 shows). Fortunately, they played a small club in Hoboken, NJ (150 capacity) in September '07 right before their 3,000 + capacity Roseland show with The Clientele I think. They were quite good. Nicole Atkins came on stage and did "Young Folks" with them which was a treat as well.

Love the album. I like Funeral better, but Neon is definitely growing on me. No Cars Go is a GREAT song!
I know what you mean...when I really like a song, I also listen to it over and over again all the time until I get so fed up of it and I can't stand to listen to it any longer...then I don't listen to it for about a month(or two) and then it's a cool song again and I listen to it over and over again...and... you know the story:)
Yeah! Its an amazing song!! It was on their first ep so i wasnt looking forward to hearing it but WOW ! the new version is so damn good!!
