I have forgotten how absolutely enlightening and splendid it is to swap music these days. I'm usually the one eager to recommend artists, searching through the doldrums of the internet to find unique music, forgetting that it'd be nice to hear some in return. And it is. Absolutely astounding when you come across a nice mix of music from someone that literally changes your world - instills a different emotional understanding of what is surrounding you. One song in particular? The Album Leaf's "Always For You" - I put it in my CD player and it elicited tears of joy. This is not an exaggeration. I swear to you. Something happened to me when I heard this. Something almost akin to magic. Ahh, music...(and this is where you can insert a long, breathy sigh that lasts for several seconds), this is what makes me feel ethereally human.
