Ive been listening to a lot more post-punk/goth bands lately.. starting with the Chameleons,"Script of the Bridge".. what an album! And "second skin" what an awesome song! I can't stop listening to this.. its been like my once a day retreat to fanasy-land and back. haha, I guess Im not a huuge fan of the newer project.. but i am starting to listen to them more, "Black Swan Lane" I do like the song "second soul*" Its still very Chameleons in nature, as for Mark is the lead vocalist and plays some acoustic guitar and maybe bass.. A few of the guys from 'TheMessengers' and 'Bird' and the 'Trespassers' are a bit more acoustic but with the dreamy electric sound that I like soo much about the Chameleons.. with synth too (I think he uses a memory man on second soul* sounds bad ass!) Anyways its still post-punk in my opinion, give it a listen.. ;') ps. the song on their myspce profile called "what you dream" is my fave. has raw piano droning the background..ahhhh!myspace.com/blackswanlanecopy/pasteyourfriendMike
